Little Elm
Little Elm is truly a city by the lake, boasting 66 miles of shoreline along the northern and eastern sides of Lake Lewisville. Located in Denton County and part of the DFW metroplex, Little Elm has a lot to offer. Amenities include a disc golf course, Hydrous – a cable wakeboard park, Little Elm Beach, a marina, a boat ramp, many miles of walking and hiking trails, and an amphitheater on the water. The Cove at The Lakefront, an indoor water park, opened its doors in 2021. Several restaurants sit next to the lake, offering a beautiful view of the sunset on Lake Lewisville.
There are three school districts operating in Little Elm: Little Elm ISD, Frisco ISD, and Denton ISD. In general, Denton ISD serves the U.S. 380 corridor, Frisco ISD serves the FM 423 corridor and east Little Elm, and Little Elm ISD serves the rest of Little Elm.

The Dallas North Tollway is only a five-minute drive, which opens up the Dallas north region of shopping and employment areas. Love Field is approximately 35 minutes by car, while DFW Airport is around 30 minutes by car. Eldorado Parkway, the main street, provides a connection to U.S. 75 and I-35E, including the toll bridge over Lake Lewisville. FM 423 functions to connect to SH 121 in The Colony and to U.S. 380.
Little Elm has grown from a population of 3,646 in 2000 to an estimated population of 53,126 in 2019.
